Returns Policy


Want to return something? No problem.

If you've bought and item that you no longer require, you can return it for a refund up to 14 days after the date of order providing its unused and in its original packaging. To return an item, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Call on 01270 256670 or email to obtain a returns reference
  2. Repack the item(s) you wish to return and clearly note the returns reference on the package
  3. Return the item to Voyager MPV, Meadowbank, Groby Road, Crewe, CW1 4NA
  4. Sit back and wait for us to refund the order! (This is usually completed within 24 hours or so)

If you've received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of the date of order with images of the item and packaging and we'll advise the best way to get the item replaced or refunded.

Some things to keep in mind

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us
  • Please package items carefully - we inspect every item upon return and any damage is your responsibility
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage and suitable insurance cover for your item
  • We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake
  • Whilst we aim to refund within 24 hours, this is not a guarantee - some cards may take longer than others
