How does it work?
• Simply call 0343 506 5795 to report it if you are involved in an accident that is not your fault.
• An expert Claims Team are notified of the incident and will make contact with you. They will establish liability and report the incident to your insurer.
• You will have a dedicated Customer Service Exec who will manage the claim for you. They will work to provide you with a suitable replacement vehicle.
• Your damaged vehicle will be recovered from the scene of the accident anywhere in the UK. It is promptly transported and stored at a secure storage facility, so it can be assessed.
• Your vehicle will be inspected by an independent engineer, whose report will be assessed within 24 hours of the inspection.
• Once the outcome has been discussed with you, the claims team will agree the next steps with you. The vehicle can then be booked in for repairs with one of our approved repairers.
• Upon completion of the repairs, collection of your replacement vehicle will be arranged, and your vehicle will be returned to you.
• A recommend team of specialist solicitors is on hand to help with injury and/or loss of earnings claims.
